Cozymazu Campaign Flyer & Post Design
Cozymazu is a beloved Taiwanese tea house and bistro located in the vibrant city of Berlin since 2016. Known for its fusion Taiwanese cuisine, Cozymazu sought campaigns that would reflect its unique blend of traditional and modern elements. My task was to create campaign flyers and social media posts that would encapsulate the essence of Cozymazu’s brand while appealing to a diverse audience.
Design Concept
To achieve the perfect balance between vintage charm and modern sophistication, I integrated both styles into the design. The core concept was to marry the nostalgic feel of Taiwanese heritage with contemporary aesthetics, ensuring the design felt both vivid and in harmony with the brand's identity.
Execution
- Font Choice: I selected Oswald, a font that resonated with Cozymazu’s existing brand elements, providing continuity and recognizability.
- Visual Elements: To enhance the vintage feel, I applied a vintage texture overlay and incorporated a sepia tint to the color palette. This subtle aging effect added depth and authenticity to the design.
- Color and Imagery: The use of pictograms was pivotal. They were not only visually appealing but also made the design feel lively and dynamic. The slight faded effect on text elements complemented the overall aesthetic, creating a warm and inviting look.
- Final Touches: The juxtaposition of vintage and modern styles was meticulously balanced to ensure the design was both fresh and nostalgic, appealing to Cozymazu’s wide customer base.
Outcome
The final design successfully highlighted Cozymazu’s unique identity, blending tradition with modernity. The campaign flyer and posts were well-received, reinforcing Cozymazu’s brand presence in Berlin and attracting a broader audience to experience their exquisite fusion cuisine.
